Masculine and Feminine Energy Explained: Finding Balance Within
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Masculine and feminine energy are often misunderstood—but they quietly shape how we think, act, and relate every day.
In this conversation, Katie Heeran, a Jungian Therapist and Diane Squier, an Embodiment Coach, talk with guest-host and Men's Coach, Erik Underwood, about what these dynamics are, how they show up internally, and why understanding them can bring more clarity and balance to your life.
In Part 1 of this series, we break down the core qualities of masculine and feminine energy—not as gendered ideas, but as complementary forces that exist within everyone. When these energies are out of sync, it can feel like something is “off”—internally and in relationships. When they’re understood, things begin to feel more grounded, clear, and connected.
This episode offers a foundation for recognizing these patterns in a practical, accessible way—so you can start to notice how they influence your decisions, communication, and sense of self.
In This Episode, We Cover:
- What “masculine” and “feminine” energy actually mean
- How these dynamics show up in everyday life
- The difference between balance vs imbalance
- Why these patterns matter in relationships and self-awareness
- A new way to understand inner tension and clarity
